Flow Cytometers
MACSQuant VYB (Miltenyi Biotec)
Description:
An analytical flow cytometer equipped with autosampler, 3 lasers (violet, blue and yellow), 2 scatter detectors and 10 emission detectors and a range of different filters. The fluidics is based on pumps and the samples can be loaded from tubes or plates.

Moflo XDP cell sorter
Description:
The FACS is equipped with 3 lasers (blue, yellow and violet), 2 scatter detectors, 10 emission detectors and a range of different filters and can be used to measure light scattering and fluorescence of single-cells. It can be used for 4-gated sorting of subpopulations or individual cells of bacteria, yeast and other microorganisms into any vessel (e.g. plates, sample tubes, microbioreactors etc.).

BD Accuri C6 Plus, + onCytTM DOFCM-200 module (online flow cytometry)
Lasers: blue (488 nm), red (640 nm)
Output: FSC, SSC and 4 filters
Sample port: sip can be applied for any size (Eppendorf tubes to bioreactors).
Equipped with an onCytTM DOFCM-200 module (https://oncyt.com/) for automated sampling, staining, and FCM analysis of bench scale fermentations.
