Description:
LightCycler Nano is a real-time PCR (qPCR) instrument suitable for detection as well as absolute and relative quantification of DNA/RNA, singleplex and multiplex assays, determination of copy number variation, and genotyping through high resolution melt analysis (HRM). Compatible with dsDNA binding dyes (e.g. SYBR Green I, EvaGreen) and hydrolysis (”TaqMan”) probes. Maximum 32 reactions/run.

ABI 7300
Description:
ABI 7300 is a real-time PCR (qPCR) instrument suitable for high-throughput detection as well as absolute and relative quantification of DNA/RNA, singleplex and multiplex assays, and determination of copy number variation. Compatible with dsDNA binding dyes (e.g. SYBR Green I, EvaGreen) and hydrolysis (”TaqMan”) probes. Maximum 96 reactions per run, in one plate. Uses ROX dye as passive reference.
